All services are delivered remotely through online collaboration tools, video calls, and digital documents.

Booking & Payment

Services must be booked and paid for in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

Client Responsibilities

Refund Policy

At Stylecraft Closet LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional online styling and wardrobe consulting services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
24–48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or one free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund. Rescheduling is subject to a rescheduling fee.
No-shows: No refund will be issued.

Digital Products & Style Guides

Due to the digital nature of our style guides and lookbooks, all sales of digital products are final once the files have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a delivered file, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@stylecraftcloset.com. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another appropriate resolution.

Packages & Bundles

For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated based on the per-session rate for unused sessions, minus any applicable discount applied to the package.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@stylecraftcloset.com with your booking reference, the reason for your request, and any relevant details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.
